Step Two
Extended Water Course - 3 hours ($200.00 per person.)
The next step after The Way to Fly Kiteboarding Course is our Extended Water Course. Three hours of semi-private on the water instruction to Extend Your Ride.
Lessons are held daily from 1:00pm-4:00pm at our waterfront kiteboarding school location in Nags Head, NC
Now that you have the Basics, the Extended Water Course will focus on fine tuning your board position, body position, and kite placement in synergy to get you riding in both directions! You must have accomplished the Basic Water Start for this course, but not be riding upwind. 2 students per instructor in this course.
The Extended Water Kiteboarding Course includes the use of our massive array of school equipment, full boat support, and our expert instruction! We have the newest kiteboarding equipment available and hundreds of kites to choose from to ensure you have not only the newest technology, but just the right amount of kite power for your skill level!
FAST TRACK PACKAGE
We highly suggest you purchase our Fast Track Trainer Kite Package before you take your kiteboarding lesson!
If you already have extremely good kite skills and have bought and flown a trainer kite package and an instructional video (to show you the exact exercises to practice) before taking the class you will advance four times faster.
You may also want to consider private lessons if you consider yourself a quick learner.
If you don't have experience in flying power kites, you should purchase our Fast Track Trainer Kite Package trainer kite package. You will then learn to fly on a control bar which emulates kiteboarding/kite surfing and you will develop multiple muscle memory skills that will allow you to get more out of the class. You will use your trainer kite later to let your friends fly when they want to fly your kite surfing kites.
Mistakes made on a trainer kite are usually without consequence and help develop good habits. Mistakes on a full sized power kite can result in injury to yourself and others and damage to your equipment.
You will also receive $100.00 OFF the purchase of a Kite + Board Package at the end of your kiteboarding lesson.
