Begin your day with some yoga stretches and zen while watching the sun rise!
If you’ve never tried Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) or Yoga, this class is a great introduction to both, and if you’re experienced in either, you’ll find fun new ways to challenge yourself! We start on land with the basics of paddling and yoga poses, then it’s into the water for a playful yoga practice! Instruction is designed for complete beginners and more experienced yogis alike. There’s nothing like a floating yoga mat to challenge your body while you take in the beauty of the Outer Banks. We use wide, fully padded SUP boards, anchored in the shallow waters of the sound, so you’ll feel safe, relaxed, and ready for play!
You’ll want to wear clothes you’ll feel comfortable stretching in and getting wet! We have outdoor showers available for before/after your lesson.
Note: Bring bathing suit, sunscreen, WATER, and towel
Minimum age of 13. Students should be able to swim.
