A “Spectacular” weekend

The 39th Annual Kitty Hawk Kites Hang Gliding Spectacular kicks off this weekend at Jockey’s Ridge State Park. And we think that’s a pretty big deal. Why? Well, only because it’s the longest-running hang gliding competition in the world. Think about it: this event has lasted longer than most mortgages. It’s steeped in tradition, brings some of the world’s finest hang gliding pilots right here to the Outer Banks, and is open to the public. Come check out the Hang Gliding Spectacular for yourself!
