Waivers

Waiver Request

Waivers must be printed, fully and accurately completed, signed, and submitted to Kitty Hawk Kites prior to the scheduled activity.
Please reference whom the waiver is for and which reservation the waiver/minor is associated with including activity type and planned date of the activity. Some activities have multiple locations so please annotate which location associated with your reservation.

Completed waivers may be submitted in three ways:

• complete virtual waiver (preferred IF available)
• scanned and emailed to waivers@kittyhawk.com
• faxed to (252) 441-7597

After submitting waivers please call/text 252-251-4314 our reservations department to ensure they have been received.
