The 30th Annual Rogallo Kite Festival, hosted by Kitty Hawk Kites, is scheduled for June 9th and 10th, 2012, from 10A.M. to 4P.M. The festival will be held on the dunes of Jockey's Ridge State Park, located at mile post 12.5 on highway 158. This is a free event and is open to the public.
