Our open-air 4×4 vehicles do not have air conditioning. We recommend dressing for the season—wear lightweight, breathable clothing in warm weather and dress in layers during cooler months. Comfortable shoes and sun protection like hats and sunglasses are strongly encouraged.


What should I bring with me on the wild horse tour?

Bring a small bag with essentials such as a phone, camera, water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Please note there is no secure storage available on board, so plan to keep your belongings with you during the tour.


Is there a minimum age or weight requirement for children to join the tour?

Yes. In accordance with North Carolina state law, all passengers must be at least 5 years old and weigh at least 45 pounds to participate. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate younger or lighter children.
